OLMEC of Modena, Italy

Through its CGA affiliate company in Kansas City and on behalf of a confidential client, CGA is currently assisting with foreign acquisition targeting to purchase OLMEC of Italy. This transaction was initiated in January 2019 and is expected to close by 12/31/19.


OMIL of Torino, Italy

Through its CGA affiliate company in Kansas City and on behalf of a confidential client in the U.S., CGA is currently assisting with foreign acquisition targeting to purchase OLMEC of Italy. This transaction was initiated in January 2019 and is expected to close by 12/31/19.


Vektek LLC (“Vektek”)

Through its CGA affiliate company in Kansas City, CGA successfully concluded a wide ranging Joint Venture and Joint Venture Agreement with Gerardi S.p.A. for the marketing of vises in the Americas, and a Joint Development Agreement for the production of self-centering hydraulic vises. Also concluded the acquisition of F+P Solutions of Mexico in May 2019.


Convergence – Silica Nexus Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR)

Through its CGA affiliate company in Kansas City and on behalf of Convergence SilicaNexus of Louisville, KY, CGA is currently assisting with structuring an extensive deal with various capital sources to launch a virtual reality, artificial intelligence and block chain / crypto currency. This transaction was initiated in January 2019 and is expected to close by 12/31/19.


Mobile Box Office (MBO)

Through its CGA affiliate company in Kansas City and on behalf of Convergence SilicaNexus of Louisville, KY, CGA is currently assisting with structuring an extensive deal with various capital sources to launch a virtual reality, artificial intelligence and block chain / crypto currency. This transaction was initiated in January 2019 and is expected to close by 12/31/19.Through its affiliate offices in Troy, Michigan, CGA assisted in launching the first iteration of of Mobile Box Office with introductions to Phandango in Silicon Valley. Helped to create marketing and fundraising campaigns as well.


Forged Products, Inc. (“FPI”)

Through its CGA affiliate company in Kansas City, CGA successfully concluded new sourcing agreements for steel from Europe (for oil and gas applications in Houston, Texas). Rough machining and heat treatment involved. Included extensive supplier profile activity with steel mills and fully integrated steel suppliers in Italy, Slovenia, Poland and Czech Republic.


DS Brown

Through its CGA affiliate company in Kansas City, CGA provided international business advice to DS Brown for the conclusion of an acquisition in Brazil to produce expansion joints in the State of Sao Paulo.


Burns & McDonnell

Provided international consultation regarding foreign market expansion in the Middle East and Brazil; concluded JV between Burns & McDonnell and a Brazilian engineering firm to supply steel structures and engineering services to Petrobras in Brazil (Burns & McDonnell and A1 Engineering in Curitiba, Brazil).


Italferr Railroad Engineering Firm

Created a joint venture to bid on rail projects in the United States, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Brazil. Includes joint venture discussions with Texas Central Rail (TCR), Dammam Rail in Saudi Arabia, and the Rail Transit Authorities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.


Al Meraikhi Group

Concluded a MOU to procure North American engineering and EPC partners for Al Meraikhi for projects in the GCC countries of the Middle East. Also connected Burns & McDonnell to Al Meraikhi for aviation projects, and connected Michael Baker in Pittsburgh for extensive bridge building scenarios in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah.


Sharjah Investment & Development Authority

Concluded a MOU to procure rail and transportation solutions for Shurooq in the United Arab Emirates, Europe and North America. Also includes and involves transit oriented development projects and the procurement of various material and resources.


ViaLogy

Assisted and advised AMDS of Pasadena, California and London, England to enter markets in the Middle East and South America. Principle industry served is oil & gas.

Assisted and advised AMDS of Stockton, California to enter markets in the Middle East and South America. Principle industries served are oil & gas, water treatment and mining.


Kaydon Corporation

Assisted and advised Kaydon Corporation of Ann Arbor, Michigan to conduct extensive market research and develop an overall strategy for Latin America. Principle industries served are slewing ring bearings for wind energy and heavy manufacturing.
